I have the entire instance blocked in my client, so I can’t even go searching for a thread for you. But if you don’t, it should be incredibly easy to poke the hexbear, so to speak. Lemme grab you a link…
Here, this one should work. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Persecution_of_Uyghurs_in_China
Find an appropriate sublemmy on Hexbear and post this, ideally in a context that explicitly declares you oppose genocide. You’ll get nothing but the following in your thread:
You thankfully appear to have not been exposed to a “proper” hexbear thread where all they can do to communicate is call you a shitlib for doing things like acknowledging genocide.
Daniel Noboa sounds like a welfare queen. Tax incentives are welfare.
Once again, the problem is that the banks aren’t being taxed. The reason the billionaires don’t pay taxes is that they buy everything with money they borrow from the banks.
You can absolutely make alcohol look like candy. When’s the last time you ordered a cocktail?
Way to assume they mean female human. They didn’t specify.
Harassment isn’t a crime, so you’re probably safe from prison.
That’s the fun part, you can’t. Don’t assume they think you’re gross, but do remember that you don’t know what they think.
Or a female model. I’m certainly not here to discourage lesbians!
Telling someone they’re beautiful when they think you’re gross is creepy/harassment.
Where would you rather he have run to? As it is, Russia nearly extradited him back. Russia. The list of even unfriendlier places is short and all of them are truly bad places to be, like North Korea or Iran.
It will never stop disappointing me when someone looks down on Snowden after all he gave up for your benefit.
6 million in 3 years is ridiculous.
In the immortal words of Ron Burgundy, I don’t believe you.
Information not mentioned in this article:
In Italy speeding fines are a fixed amount based on how far over the limit you’re going, which makes them a regressive tax on going fast - wealthy people can sinply afford to speed as much as they like while the poor suffer. That woman they quoted who clearly thought the cameras would meaningfully deter speeding was full of shit; the cameras are there to generate revenue, not reduce speeding.
For the curious, I looked it up. The reason he had access to a 6th grader to shoot in a High School is that it and the Middle School are really one big building in this case - so while it was a High School, it was also a Middle School.
This article lists a possible motive - years of bullying with the school admin refusing to do anything about it. I never did understand why none of my public schools ever did anything about my bullies. As an adult, if any of them tried it I’d call the police and use pepper spray - both banned actions in my schools.
Woa, buddy, that’s the same thing as hating freedom.
I am exactly the same; why are we like this?
