    “Trying to understand WWII” is forbidden apparently.

    I guess that would make me respect my history teach more for getting me to understand WWII

    Historians, the biggest rebels.

      Every other documentary out there is about WWII because there is a vast amount of public domain footage and a vast amount of documentation to draw from. I think we try to understand WWII more than anything else out there that ever happened just thanks to the media making endless cheap WWII documentaries.

      Yeah, my first thought would be, “could you be more specific?” because there’s so many facets to it.

      IMO a good one to understand is “How did a major war against a collection of fascist states result in communism being considered the big enemy?”
