There’s 435 districts that elect their own representative, and they’re the only ones that can fire that representative. They cannot do that 215 times. They can’t do it 4 times. It took AIPAC to unseat one of the 4 left most Democrats. Their entire attention is on districts that are threatened by Republicans.
