Welp. Time to buy a NAS to back up all my stuff and rebuild this pc with Linux.

If you’re happy then you’re happy. No one else can tell you what you want. If you’re unhappy with your situation find a therapist to help you work through it but you’re not a loser for wanting to be on your own. Not at all.
Grifters go where the easiest marks are.
lol. The guy you were responding to thought you were agreeing with home with this meme.
I’m unable to turn off this setting right now. Getting an error reported. I’m sure this is totally unrelated to people finding out about it and turning it off.
Exactly! It’s when you DON’T hear numbers that you’ve gotta worry.
Da, comrade! Is good candidate, nyet?
But wtf would I even do with all that cocaine?
People seem to super enjoy doing the cocaine itself!
Why are you getting so pissy when people respond to the comments that no one forced you to make.
So nowhere in that response do you say how it’s a joke. At best it’s a baseless accusation that democrats are trying to assassinate Trump, flying in the face of all evidence that the people going after him are Rebuplicans. At worst it’s a call for assassination of the democratic candidates.
I don’t think you’re a disinformation agent. I think you’re either a Elon nuthugger or a useful idiot uncritically parroting Elon while ignoring everything he’s said and done for the past few years. Maybe both.
And that’s a joke how?
You’re close. The problem is a shitty little metal cover over the shitty little plastic pedal to make it look “cooler”. That has Tesla level build quality and doesn’t stay on and when it slides off it hooks on the carpet. They shoot a screw through the cover into the pedal.
I’ll downvote a nobody meme every time.
This, however, is good stuff.
Who notices that someone is better at mounting tvs? How does one notice this? What is this made up scenario?
Do you honestly think someone asking, “What is this made up scenario?” is asking their question in good faith?
I had the exact same reaction and had to look it up. Hard to argue with the completely forgettable tag.
Better work with the cabling, perhaps. In this picture you can see that there’s a new work box in the drywall so he’s running hidden cables. There could be drywall patching or he’s really good at making the holes so there doesn’t need to be patching.
He could do more types of mounts than this guy is used to.
He could be faster.
Is that you’re completely unimaginative so you can’t come up with ways someone might be better or do you have so little respect for trades that you think there can’t be skill involved?
I’m not sure it was in that article. I read it in a different one.
Sentencing will happen next month.
I’m not shocked at all, but there seems to be a very sizable number of people on Lemmy who think if people just used Linux there’d never be another problem or exploit again, which is ridiculous. Mac users used to feel the same way until the market share started to grow and all of the sudden you’re seeing news of serious exploits.
But I’ve read so many posts on here about how Linux is flawless!
I wanted to but a NAS system anyways to do house backups and stuff.
And this system is RAIDed so getting everything on to the NAS will be easiest and start the process of setting up backups for the home.
