It probably depends on the source, but here (france) you can ask your butcher for byproducts to feed to your cats/dogs and they give it for free.

That is incorrect. Around 40% of fields are used to grow food for livestock, as well as a quarter of fish caught being fed to animals. I found this article saying we could slightly increase byproduct use for feed, but they are minor improvements. https://www.nature.com/articles/s43016-022-00589-6
MITOCHONDRIA ARE THE POWERHOUSE OF THE CELL!!!
The person giving out the papers would be the dishonest one in this case. He could grab papers for himself or hand out more than one to a friend.
I didn’t know that, thanks! Guess my whole-grain bread with cottage cheese snack still works 💪
They don’t advice to eat only bread, just to reduce other foods while eating 6 slices if bread. If bread is whole grain and no added sugars, it’s actually a pretty good source for protein, which is what you want to eat a lot of while dieting to maintain muscle mass.
If you have a power meter you can try out zwift or rouvy. You can see yourself riding specific routes on screen and they have workout programs that prompt change of intensity. Otherwise I think GCN has some follow along youtube videos, and there might be others as well.
We found an apartment in our dream location! Moving from a big flat city with boring surroundings to a small town in the mountains. Our apartment has a view of an orchard and vegetable garden and our dog can run around in a shared garden. We go up in size and down in price as well, even though there is a train connection of only 20 minutes to a big town. Moving there next week and I’m sooo excited. We are both procrastinators and managed to find the apartment and sign the contract two weeks before moving date… phew.
Unoccupied land is otherwise called “nature” and is quite useful for a lot of things.
I am dutch and I have never heard of this issue/myth. Even tour de grance cyclists manage to have kids just fine after 20 years of full time cycling, so I wouldn’t worry.
Thank you for not being the annoying guy trying to hit on girls 🙂
Yes, humans cannot eat grass (for example), but grass is also not a byproduct. And fields used to grow grass could be used either for other (human-edible) crops, habitation or for wildlife restoration.
