I don’t understand why people want immutable. I don’t know all that much about Linux but on my Steamdeck it keeps getting in the way anytime I try to do anything

how would that help? If it’s far enough away to nuke them without nuking yourself, the zombies would probably be too far away to bother you.
I stopped using it not because of the results but because you couldn’t swipe back without it sending you to the base website.
On DuckDuckGo (and google n others) a search is shown in the URL like looking for frog:
https://duckduckgo.com/?q=frog&t=fpas&ia=web
However in SearXNG it just shows
https://searxng.world/search
Which I don’t have an issue with, however when you click on a link and then go back to the search results it would have no idea what you searched for as it’s not in the URL and show an error.
That aside, the UI is great. icons don’t swap around on you like Google or have annoying popups about ‘privacy’ like DDG. On the topic of search results, it was good enough for me. Not great but then again there aren’t any good search engines right now.

Allow apps to use any payment processor, not just Google’s 30 percent money-printing machine;
This is a big one. Google taxes 30% off all payments on apps from the play store and now they have to lower it to compete or lose customers.
I know people here are gonna say it’s not enough and while I agree, I still want to celebrate that a positive change has been made at all. Especially at a time where side loading is starting to be cracked down on.
YOU’RE SO RIGHT OH MY GOD

I wanna repair my dad’s 1st gen zune so bad but I don’t think you can just drop on Flacs which is like the 1 thing id use it for
Insurance payments for teenage boys are INSANE. $100-150 is the usual but my buddy is paying literally $300 a month on a year 200X Tahoe that he bought for $700 and fixed himself. Its the cheapest option on his families insurance and his parents won’t let him switch.
That’s not even payments that’s INSURANCE.
Saw a YouTube video yesterday of a sim racer hobbiest that spent upwards of $700+ on literally just a wheel, shifter, petals, etc. Like not even the seat or computer or monitor or anything. Literally JUST the wheel parts.
Which is crazy but I have no way to complain as I’ve spent like 1,000 on my computer setup at least even excluding the actual PC.
Then there’s Steam…
* note I bought 2 steamdecks in that time and my account is like 4 years old
